Exchanges/Returns

 

For made to measure garments and Zipchie Scrunchies:

I do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you decide after you purchase your item or pay your initial deposit (for items that are your own design), I unfortunately cannot refund that payment as that money is used to cover the fabric, materials and patternmaking costs.

I will only offer a refund, exchange or discount if you find a fault on the item that was not declared before payment. This would be processed through PayPal.
These items are thoroughly checked throughout the construction process for faults. I check the fit of the clothing item on the mannequin once or twice (depending on the design) before making the final clothing item to ensure it fits perfectly according to the body measurements that you send me.

For print on demand t-shirts and hoodies: If you find a fault on the t-shirt or hoodie you ordered; I can offer you an exchange or refund.

I HIGHLY recommend trying on the item the same day that it arrives. If I have offered you a refund or exchange and you are sending the item back; the item must be unworn and the tags must still be attached (for clothing items). Formal/Ball dresses will also need to be returned in the same zip up garment bag. The approved items to be returned must be put in the mail to be shipped back to me within 14 days after the item has arrived at your address to be eligible for a refund or exchange. I will also need to see proof of payment via email.
