Q1: How long does it take to make an item?
A: This will depend on what the item is, the design and how many orders I already have prior to your purchase/order. It could take me one day (for a Zipchie Scrunchie) to 4 months (for a formal/ball dress).
Q2: Do you make Wedding dresses or Bridesmaids dresses?
A: No I do not sorry.
Q3: How much does it cost to have something made?
A: This depends on the item, the design, how much fabric, materials and patternmaking paper is needed as well as the features of the item. You can send me an email of the type of item you would like to be made and I can send you a free quote.
Q4: Can you make a design that I have in mind that is not on your website?
A:Yes I can! You can email me a sketch or some inspiration pictures of what you would like, and I will let you know if I can make it. Please note that I do not copy other people's designs. I will change it to be unique and original.
Q5: Can I change parts of one of your design listed on your website?
A: Yes! You can send me an email and tell me which design you would like and what you would like to change. I will then email you a sketch for your approval.
Q6: What sort of items do you make?
A: I make skirts, tops, Zipchie scrunchies and dresses.
Q7: Do you make clothes for Children or Men?
A: No I do not sorry.
Q8: How will you make sure my clothing item fits me?
A: When I am making a made to measure clothing item; I use your measurements to create a size block. I will then use this block to create the pattern pieces for the item. I also have an adjustable mannequin in my studio that I adjust to your measurements (it becomes your body double) to check the fit of the item. One or two samples are made before the final clothing item so that I can check the fit and style lines are perfect according to the measurements that you send me.

Q10: What sort of fabrics do you use?
A: The fabrics chosen will depend on the design, its features, the season and the budget.
Q11: How much does shipping cost?
A: The shipping rate will depend on the order weight and dimensions. It will be either $10 or $15. Check out the Shipping page for more information.
Q12: Do you do returns or exchanges?
A: I do not do returns or exchanges for change of mind. Check out the Exchanges/Returns page for more information.
Q13: Do you do local pickup?
A: No I do not sorry.
Q14: Where do you make the made to measure clothing items and Zipchie Scrunchies?
A: In my home Sewing Studio in Perth Western Australia.
Q15: How do I pay?
A: All payments will be through PayPal as this is a well known and trusted payment gateway. You don't need to have a PayPal account. You can select the option to use a debit card or credit card.
Q16: Do you ship overseas?
A: No I do not for the moment sorry.
Q17: Do you repeat dress designs?
A: I do not repeat formal/ball dress designs. If you order your own original dress or clothing item design, I do not repeat this either.
Q18: What sizes can you make?
A: Australian size XXS (4-6) to XL (14-16).
Q19: Did you design the T-shirts and hoodies?
A: Yes I did :)
Q20: How do I choose the right T-shirt and/or hoodie size for me?
A: Check out the size chart at the top of the items description and choose the size that matches your own measurements.
Q21: Where are the t-shirts and hoodies printed?
A: In Australia.
Q22: How many of these t-shirts and hoodies are printed?
A: The T-shirts and hoodies are only printed when someone has ordered them- as they are Print on Demand items.
